As a safety critical role, Luas Tram Drivers will contribute effectively to the safe operation of the Luas light rail system
Customer Service Agent
Luas Customer Service Agent will contribute effectively to respond to all Luas customer correspondence received.
Depot Receptionist
Luas Depot Receptionist will contribute effectively to handle general enquiries and visitors to Luas Depot Reception.
OCC Manager
Luas OCC Manager will monitor service delivery and manage control room and resources.
Driver Team Leader
As a safety critical role, the Driver Team Leader will contribute effectively to the safe operation of the Luas light rail system.
Maintenance Team Manager
In the fleet maintenance department, the Maintenance Team Manager is a manager position and is accountable for delivering the daily LRV maintenance.
Fleet Engineering Manager
In the fleet maintenance department, the Fleet Engineering Manager will plan and implement the maintenance plan requirements.
Operations Duty Manager
The ODM is responsible for ensuring that all resources and assets are deployed on the Luas network to deliver the scheduled service.
Head of Infrastructure
The Head of Infrastructure is responsible for all aspects of systems, traction power, overhead line and track maintenance in line with contractual requirements.
Head of Safety
The Head of Safety is responsible for leading the safety governance process.
