Hold Hands – A Safety Message From Luas
Nobody wants to be separated from their child or a child in their care.
Luas are reminding all customers who travel with children to always get on the tram and get off the tram at the same time as the child / children travelling with you.
Thankfully there are not many incidents of children being separated from their parents or travelling companions but one incident is one too many so we are reminding people to:
- Hold Hands
- Get on and get off the tram at the same time
Remember if you or a child in your care become separated, use the Emergency Help Intercom on board the tram to speak with the driver. If you are at a stop, use the Emergency Help Intercom beside the ticket machine to speak with the Luas Network Management Centre. You may also call the Gardaí on 999.
